About Us

All businesses start with a hope and a dream. Our dream was inspired by an innocent six year old boy, our son, who wanted to live on a farm and make food to sell to people. He is now 13 years old, and the desire to make food that people can enjoy is alive and well.

At The Devil’s Own Ice Creamery, we make arguably the best ice cream in Tasmania, if not the world. Our secret? Our premium ice cream is made by hand in small batches. We are the only ice creamery in Tasmania that uses organic Jersey milk to create a product that is smooth, creamy and deliciously rich. Our product tastes amazing, not just because we take the time to source quality ingredients from local farmers, but because it’s made with love, from our family to yours. Our Sorbets are full of amazing Tasmanian produce and now that we have a commercial kitchen we are excitedly adding baked desserts to the menu from Martin’s patisserie chef days.
