Our cafè and ice cream production kitchen is conveniently situated around the corner from City Park at 20 Lawrence St in Launceston.

Our menu is always allergy friendly.
If you want to make the best quality ice cream, it makes sense that you would use the best quality milk possible, that’s why we use jersey milk.
Let’s not forget about our award winning dairy free sorbets. They are available from our cafe and also our stockists.

We believe that ice cream should be as pure and natural as possible. Because of this, we take pride in ensuring that our products are free from artificial colours, artificial flavours and preservatives.
You can see our food van out and about regularly at different locations, events, and even private functions.
We serve ice cream, sorbets, desserts, and drinks both hot and cold.

Food allergies can be a very serious business.
We know how difficult it can be to find somewhere that truly understands and caters for individual allergies. Everything we sell is gluten free.
We use a separate churner to make our dairy free sorbets, thus eliminating the cross contamination of dairy, we use a separate scoop for each flavour of ice cream or sorbet.
We do our best to ensure that all allergies are taken seriously, and we try to cater to allergies wherever possible.
Knowing where your products come from is an important part of sourcing quality ingredients.
The vast majority of our ingredients are sourced locally from the North of Tasmania.
What we can’t get locally, is sourced from the best locations around the world: maple syrup from Canada, Armagnac and Brandy from France, macadamias from Queensland.
We also donate a portion of profits to the Save The Tasmanian Devil Appeal, so all little devils benefit from the sale of our tasty treats!
